CHAMBER OF COMMERCE: The Chamber promotes members' businesses with activities in Northwood all year long. The chamber helps with city-wide events along with other committees in Northwood.

SPECIAL EVENTS COMMITTEE: The Northwood Special Events Committee plans and implements city-wide recreational events. The purpose is to allow residents and visitors alike to experience the friendliness and fun which are part and parcel of small town living. The annual fall festival, a sumptuous lutefisk dinner, our Hometown Independence Day celebration and more are examples of what this committee develops and brings to Northwood for the enjoyment of all.
